Description
Eddie the Yeti isn’t some fairy tale, rather he’s an actual friendly monster with blue skin and white fur who hails from a distinguished Himalayan family. The Yeti family is known for having invented the sport of downhill skiing on January 21, 1354 and actually lobbied for it to become a Winter Olympic sport in the early 1930s. Unlike his brother Freddie who pursued a skiing career, Eddie opted for business, running two companies manufacturing spaghetti and confetti (in different facilities, of course). Yeti Spaghetti and Yeti Confetti have been featured in Snow Magazine and hopefully soon in a Weird Al Yankovic parody song.
Eddie is a “monster puppet.” He consists of a faux fur body with a foam belly insert to maintain shape; fleece face, hands, and feet; as well as removable arm rods.
